You may make more than one copy for your own use, as long as there is no possibility that the software may be in use by more than one person at the same time. Any other copying or distribution of this software or data is prohibited. Please contact Steele Systems for fees and conditions regarding multiple-user site licenses, or for use on a computer network, or if you intend to distribute more than 10 copies of reports or data included in this product, as such uses are not covered by this individual license.

Distribution of any output from the product is limited to your internal use only, and use on an ad hoc basis, including showing output such as reports to your clients. Any exported data is considered output from the product and may not be resold. It may only be used internally with a standard, commercially-available, third-party program, only if you require use of a function that is not available in this product and the exported data are limited to the data necessary to use such function. Exported data shall not be used in any other third-party software program, application or database or in any user proprietary software, application or database. Output from this product may not be used in any kind of advertising or included in websites or other mass communication vehicles or formats, including, but not limited to, advertisements.

Certain of the information contained in the product: (1) is proprietary to Morningstar Inc. and/or its content providers; (2) may not be copied or distributed; and (3) is not warranted to be accurate, complete or timely. Steele Systems, Morningstar and its content providers are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from any use of this information. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.

You may transfer all your rights to use this software to another person, provided that you transfer to that person, or destroy, all copies of the software and its documentation (including but not limited to all copies on hard disks, CDs, diskettes, any electronic or other media, and all back-up copies). Any person who agrees to receive all your rights to use this software, also agrees to all the terms and conditions of this license statement and Limited Warranty. Except as specified in this paragraph, you may not otherwise transfer, rent, lease, sub-lease, time-share, or lend the software, its CDs, electronic media, or documentation.

Your use of this software is limited to acts that are essential for you to use the software on your computer as described in the written and/or electronic documentation accompanying the product. You may not otherwise modify, alter, adapt, merge, decompile or reverse-engineer our software, and you may not remove or obscure our copyright or trademark notices.

Governing Law And General Provisions

This license statement shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. If any provision of this statement is found void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of this statement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. If any remedy provided is determined to have failed of its essential purpose, all limitations of liability and exclusions of damages set forth in the Limited Warranty shall remain in full force and effect. This statement may only be modified in writing signed by you and an authorized officer of Steele Systems. All rights not specifically granted in this statement are reserved by Steele Systems.

Limited Warranty

If you use this product, you agree to accept the software and the accompanying data on an "as is" basis. You assume responsibility for the use of this software and application of the included information to your own purposes. Although the data accompanying this software is supplied to Steele Systems by sources we believe to be reliable, Steele Systems does not warrant the accuracy of any original or calculated data. The data included in this product is intended only for your initial reference. The only source you should rely on for mutual fund information of any kind is the prospectus of each mutual fund, which you should obtain and read before you make any mutual fund purchase.

Steele Systems warrants the physical aspect of this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase. If Steele Systems is notified within the warranty period of defects in materials or workmanship, and Steele Systems determines that to be correct, Steele Systems will replace the defective CD. Please do not return anything to Steele Systems before being authorized to do so by Steele Systems customer support department.

The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this Limited Warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective CDs and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the software, or special, incidental, or consequential damages or other similar claims, even if Steele Systems has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Steele Systems liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the actual price paid for the license to use the software, regardless of the form of the claim.

Steele Systems, Inc. specifically disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Specifically, Steele Systems makes no representation or warranty that the software is fit for any particular purpose and any implied warranty of merchantability is limited to the thirty-day duration of the Limited Warranty covering the physical CD only (and not the software) and is otherwise expressly and specifically disclaimed.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have others which may vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so some of the above may not apply to you.
