Something seems wrong with the program or data: Download & install again

If the program seems to behave erratically, or if you see anything wrong with the data itself, please download your database and program again from the "Downloads" section of our web site to ensure that nothing went wrong with the download and installation process and that you have the latest version of both the Steele Expert program and the database.

As updates to both the program and the data become available after their initial publishing, we make them available on the "Downloads" section of our web site indicating the date of the last update.  Make sure that you have the latest update of the most recent issue you have purchased by periodically checking the "Downloads" section.

In many cases, updates that become available after each month's backup CDs are manufactured are not on the backup CDs.  The most updated files can always be found on our web site.
