I get the message "Database file does not match this password"

If you get this message after you enter your password, you probably have downloaded and installed a database of a different date or of a different database edition than the one corresponding to your individual password.

You should check again your password e-mail and make sure that you are downloading the correct database.  For example, if your password is for the 9/30 Personal database, it will not work with a database of any other date (e.g., 8/31) or edition (Pro, Pro Plus or VA).

Simply download and install the correct database and your password is sure to work.
